Hi Rory,

Unfortunately I can’t help you with finding the wood in the US, I googled a bit but couldn’t find anything, but you should really keep looking. Maybe you can ask a flightcase manufacturer.

I wanted to go with normal plywood but in the end I’m glad I got the professional wood, it looks so much better.

Do you know where I would source the Flightcase black wood from in the USA or Canada?

I’m not sure what I’m looking for as to what its called and can’t find anyone selling it on Google.

I’d like to avoid using normal plywood as I want it to have a professional finish.

Hehe no it’s a terrible mess again. The clean desk policy is only active during the first 10 minutes. After that, you’re lucky if you can find your desk back =)
